The July 2026 National Session has officially wrapped! After an incredible few days together, another 58 people are moving on to co-create a just, caring, and thriving world 💙⚡️

Yesterday’s 40th Anniversary celebration of The LeaderShape Institute was truly special. We’re incredibly grateful for the community who came from far and wide to celebrate with us. Are you an undergraduate student, recent graduate, or incoming graduate student looking to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit strategy, fundraising, and leadership?

LeaderShape is seeking a Strategy & Fundraising Fellow to work alongside our Executive Director and Board of Trustees on a special project supporting our upcoming 40th Anniversary.

As our Fellow, you'll help:
• Strengthen our fundraising story
• Develop donor messaging
• Explore nonprofit positioning and strategy
• Contribute to the future of a national leadership organization

Fellowship Details
📍 Remote
🗓 July 20–August 20, 2026
⏱ Approximately 15–20 hours total
💼 Stipend provided
