Self-care looks different for everyone, but making time for yourself is always worthwhile.
As the week comes to a close, consider one small thing you can do for yourself today, whether it's taking a walk, reading a book, enjoying a favorite meal, or simply unplugging for a while.
Sometimes self-care means reaching out for support, and that's okay. For University of Illinois employees and their household members, free, confidential support is available through Faculty/Staff Assistance and Well-Being Services.
Wishing you a safe and restful weekend.
