Q: Why do we sing the SAME songs every week?

A: Because your child is doing more than memorizing the words.

With repetition, children begin to anticipate what's coming next. They gain confidence. They hear patterns more clearly. They start joining in and eventually making the music their own.

What sounds repetitive to an adult can feel wonderfully familiar to a young child.

So, when your little one asks for that song again? Sing it again.
Those repetitions are doing important work.
