🌟 YOUTH LEADERSHIP: DREAM BIG, INSPIRE OTHERS!
Our October LFC Youth session focused on “Inspire a Shared Vision”

🏥 A behind-the-scenes look at visionary leadership! Students visited Keystone Health to explore how one vision grew into an organization that has impacted thousands of Franklin County residents over more than 40 years.

A special thank you to our guest speakers:
👏 Joanne Cochran, CEO of Keystone Health
👏 Monica Diehl, Chief Nursing Officer of Keystone Health
👏 Carrie Gray, Keystone Health Board Chair and Franklin County Government Administrator

Students learned about Keystone Health’s history, toured the facility, and discussed how visionary leadership can turn an idea into a lasting community impact.

💭 To wrap up the session, students created their own “visionary dream bubbles,” imagining possibilities for the future and how they can inspire others along the way!

Because leadership isn’t about having the biggest personality — it’s about seeing what’s possible and helping others see it, too!

This week, the LFC Community team celebrated our own James Marvin (LFC 2021) with a heartfelt “Congrats, Good Luck & Goodbye!”

James is moving out of the area to begin his family’s next great adventure, and while we’re excited for what’s ahead, we’ll certainly miss having him in our community.

James has been a tremendous volunteer and leader for the Chamber Foundation and Leadership Franklin County—serving on the Foundation Board, as an LFC Program Mentor, and as our LFC Alumni Chair. His commitment, energy and willingness to serve have made a lasting impact.

Thank you, James, for all you’ve given to LFC and our community. We wish you and your family all the best in this next chapter!
You truly represent the spirit of LFC, and you’ll always be part of our LFC family!

Welcome, Class of 2027! WE’RE OFF AND RUNNING! 🎉

This past weekend, 19 emerging community leaders came together at Mill Road Adventures for two days of connection, learning, and team building. 🤝 Mark Keck of Folium Inc. and Randy Wilson of REEL PD led hands-on activities, helping the class began building the relationships, communication skills, trust, and teamwork that will carry them throughout their journey.

A special THANK YOU to our incredible LFCC Steering Committee, mentors, and team-building volunteers who invested their time, energy, and leadership to make this retreat such a success. ❤️ Your commitment helps create an experience where our participants can grow as leaders and build lasting connections across Franklin County.

And to the LFCC Class of 2027—you’ve taken the leap to START! 🚀 We can’t wait to see where this journey takes you!
Here’s to a year of community leadership, new connections, meaningful projects, and making a difference together. 🌟

A huge thank you to our amazing Leadership Franklin County Alumni who volunteered their time at Saturday's Scoop-A-Palooza!

Whether they were working behind the scenes to plan, talking to attendees at the Foundation tables, representing their organizations at vendor booths, or bravely stepping up to become our Human Sundae, our alumni brought incredible energy and enthusiasm to the day.

It was especially rewarding to see our LFC Alumni volunteering alongside our Leadership Franklin County Youth students, demonstrating what servant leadership looks like in action. Thank you all for helping make Scoop-a-Palooza another sweet success!

🔨🏡 Another great day of service in the books!

A huge thank you to our second group of Leadership Franklin County Alumni volunteers who recently rolled up their sleeves to support the Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County PA build project.

From building homes to building community, our alumni continue to demonstrate what servant leadership looks like in action. Thank you for investing your time, talents, and energy to help create a brighter future for a local family. ❤️

We are proud of the difference our LFC alumni make throughout Franklin County—one project, one volunteer day, and one act of service at a time.
