Lights, clownfish, ACTION! 🎭

Today our young performers had their final reviews and completed their first run through! Our tech campers finished up set pieces closed out their morning with a class on stage makeup for our fish! The curtain is up, the lights are programmed, and our kiddos are ready to roll. Tomorrow, campers will put on their costumes, make-up, and microphones and go through their final dress rehearsals before opening up on Saturday!

Day three is all but over, and these campers are ready to head into run throughs! Today our young performers finished up the last of their music, choreography, and blocking, and introduced some of the props and set pieces made by the tech campers!

Here you can see our campers cleaning up blocking and choreography with director Miss Courtney, using props and a shimmery curtain set up by the tech crew! You can also see our tech campers finishing up some of the set pieces they've designed with our tech directors Mr. Aaron and Miss Jocelyn!

Day Two is in the books and our campers spent the day hard at work knocking out a majority of the music, blocking, and choreography for our show! After finishing up those numbers tomorrow, the cast will clean up their blocking and get ready to start their first run throughs. Check out these behind-the-scenes of our choreographer, Miss Kale, working with the sharks and fish of our cast, and our music director, Miss Erin, working with some of our sea chorus!

Today our kiddos all participated in a read-through to kick off the day, followed by a few sessions of blocking, music, and choreography. Our tech campers got the chance to sketch, create, and decorate some of this weekend's set pieces. What an exciting first day!
