Come dance AND lift with us this Saturday morning! Why choose when you can do both? 🪩💪

From 9:00-10:00 we'll be dancing (and vibing🔥) to hot hit music and choreography with Melissa. Then from 10:15-11:15 we'll be lifting and resistance training (and singing along🎤) to iconic throwbacks with me.

I'm subbing for Muscle Pump this Saturday, so join us for this special back-to-back double this week only. 🩷🩵

🩵 July 6th: We launch our new UPLIFT class at Chambersburg Fitness Center! Join us this month as we walk through all the need to know info. This will be a great time to join in on the fun if you're new to strength training. 💪

🩵 July 7th: Marianne will be visiting her grandkids, so we'll be UPLIFTing instead of Muscle Pump.

🩷July 9th and 25th: SHiNE at the YMCA will be with Melissa. Thanks, Melissa !

✨️ July 14th: I'll be subbing SHiNE Light - the same SHiNE choreography we know and love taught at a more gentle and joint friendly impact level.

🩵🩷 July 15th and 29th: Kelsey is out these days. Instead of Latin Dance, we get 2 extra SHiNE classes directly after our weekly UPLIFT classes.

UPLIFT Strength Fitness pairs iconic music and hype energy with full-body training using resistance bands, dumbbells up to 15lbs, balance work, a mini ball, and mat-based work to help you build strength in a way that feels empowering and approachable.

Coming to Chambersburg Fitness Center on Mondays @ 6:15PM starting July 6th.
