It's called a croque madam
Fancy grilled cheese with ham then sauce on top with cheese melted with a over easy egg on top
Simple yet fancy bistro food

My friends, my family, my loved ones.
I believe the roller coaster we know as the favorite chef has reached our last destination and it's the end of our journey,
Now this is not a bad thing, this is a good thing.
To go as far as we did in this journey is nothing short of spectacular!
Your belief in me and your support took me this far and for that I owe everyone and huge thank you!!!
For the ones that paid there hard earned money to buy votes for me warms my heart to know your faith in me was that strong.
As for what this means is the cook a maker, Reagan's kids cooking corner, and Joe's bistro paved a way that will get me " Joe carbaugh" somewhere in the food industry and one day you all will come to my place and get food made by me.

Well it's a close to a fine July 4th,even with a big donation from my boy Jordon Smith
