Today, Chalmette High students participated in a lockdown drill in partnership with the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Everything went smoothly, and our students did an excellent job following directions and taking the drill seriously.

A special thank you to the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office for helping us continue to make the safety of our students and staff a top priority.

Mr. Templet and Ms. Maag held the first ACT/Grammar Bootcamp on Tuesday after school. They had such a great turnout that they will be scheduling them more regularly in the future.
The next session will be September 8 in room 235 after school. Students are highly encouraged to attend if they would like to raise their English ACT score.
