💙💛Today, we started a SchoolStore program to help our school raise money. Scan the QR code on the Book Buddy Lanyard that was sent home with your student to find out how the program works. Parents, please read over the information describing how you can participate. Your student will earn a participation prize when they return the filled-out Student Lanyard to school, and they can earn more great prizes when your family and friends help our school raise money. So don't forget to send the filled out Book Buddy Lanyard back to school, and thanks for your support.💙💛

Dear Parents/Guardians,

St. Bernard Parish Public Schools is excited to introduce Forms & Flows, our new electronic forms system.

This new system makes completing some school forms faster and easier for families. Many forms will be pre-populated with your student's information, reducing the amount of information you need to enter. It will also reduce paper usage, eliminate lost forms, and provide easy access to completed documents.
Through Forms & Flows, you may receive:

• Field trip permission slips
• Medical and health forms
• Annual district forms
• Athletic and extracurricular forms
• Parent acknowledgments
• Other important documents

What You Need to Do

To participate, your child’s school must have a current email address on file for each parent or guardian. If your contact information has changed, please notify your child's school as soon as possible.

If the school has your current email address, you will receive an email invitation in the coming days to create your Forms & Flows account. After your account is activated, you will receive notifications whenever a form is available for you to review and sign electronically. If you have more than one student in our system all of your students will be linked to one account.
