Our programs Tiny Tigers and Little Dragons target children ages 3 to 4, then 5 to 7 teaching important development skills such as focus, concentration, listening skills, coordination, teamwork, self discipline, and attention span. Our Karate Kids program begins to teach the full Amerikick karate curriculum starting at the age of 7, moving all the way to the black belt levels. The Amerikick adult Martial Arts program includes a combination of Kenpo Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Shotokan, Kickboxing, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Filipino Arnis and Kali styles of training. Along with a champion workout, classes will help you reduce stress, increase flexibility, and learn self mastery by training the mind, body and spirit. In addition to adult karate, we also offer Amerikick Kickboxing fitness classes. Fitness kickboxing are growing into one of the fastest growing forms of exercise among adults today.
