Roundtable Learning It's time to move beyond uninspired corporate training sessions and focus on impactful results.

Roundtable was originally established in 1997 as KnowBase Networks, specializing in the development of web-based talent management solutions, including a Learning Management System (LMS). We are experts in business, technology, education, and visual and instructional design. Our longstanding history building LMS solutions is the foundation on which we base our custom online learning approach today. Our CEO, Dan Grajzl, has been involved in the technology industry for over two decades as the founder of Park Place Technologies and Park Place International. Lockout/Tagout is the kind of training where knowing the steps isn’t enough. You need to be prepared for what happens when something doesn’t go as planned. ⚠️

We built an immersive VR training program for one of the nation’s largest chemical products companies that gives workers a chance to practice LOTO procedures, recognize hazards, and work through mistakes in a controlled environment before stepping up to live equipment.

It’s a safe place to build confidence in the process and prepare for the moments when getting it right matters most. 🔒

What if CNC operators could practice running a $1M machine without putting the real one at risk? ⚙️

We designed an immersive VR training program that lets new operators practice on a virtual replica of an Okuma MULTUS U3000, from startup and tool changes to troubleshooting and mid-run adjustments.

They can make mistakes, work through problems, and even crash the virtual machine without taking a real machine out of production. 👀

It’s a chance to build confidence and hands-on skills before stepping onto the production floor. 💥

Could you work 90 feet in the air?

For some warehouse roles, climbing 90 feet is part of the job. But for new hires, you may not know how you’ll react to that height until you’re already up there.

That was the challenge behind this VR training experience.

We created a simulation that lets people experience climbing 90 feet in the air while safely standing on the ground.

The experience is realistic enough that your brain can feel like you’re actually climbing, giving you a chance to see how comfortable you are with the height before taking on the role.

Knowing what a job really feels like can make all the difference.

It gives tradespeople a way to practice procedures, work through challenging situations, and learn from mistakes before they happen on the job.

XR isn’t replacing hands-on training. It’s another way to get reps in and build confidence before the stakes are real. 🎯
