Jerrod Lantz For Chadwick R-1 School Board

Hi my name is Jerrod Lantz. I am announcing that I am running for a school board position, at Chadwick R-1 School. I’d like to share a little about myself, in hopes to give you a better idea to whom you are voting for in the coming election.

At the direction of the Marines, my family and I moved to this area in 2018. I grew up in a small town just across the Missouri line, in Arkansas. After graduation I enlisted in the USMC. After 21 years of service, I was fortunate enough to land close to home. My wife, Jennifer, and I wanted to find somewhere after my retirement, to settle down and raise our boys. After several searches we found a home to bring up our boys away from the city lights. Since, moving here we have been heavily involved with the community and school related functions. Our boys have thrived in a small school environment from their education, to their social interactions and team sports.

My military background was physical security. I am always looking to see what is needing to be done to provide protection for those around me. I have a calm personality that allows me to throughly think through situations and information before making a decision.

I hope to have the opportunity to serve our community and contribute to the success of Chadwick R-1 School. I humbly request your support and vote in the upcoming election. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our students and the future of our community. I hope to be able to provide a unique and meaningful perspective to some of the current topics facing our school board. I would greatly appreciate your support and vote in this election.
