The NPAC installed more than two dozen pieces of equipment for ca

rdiovascular training. These include treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and a rowing machine. NPAC Weight Room:
The NPAC Weight Room has two NEW PowerRacks for use as well as a new dual cable crossover machine. It also offers the traditional weight benches, dumbbells, and plate loaded machines for other weight lifiting exercises. NPAC Dance Room:
The NPAC Dance Room features a flat screen TV with a DVD player and Spin Bikes for an assortment of exercise opportunities. There are also workout DVDs available at the NPAC Front Desk to enhance the workout experience. Please visit the front desk to make a reservation for the NPAC Dance Room! NPAC Indoor Track:
The NPAC had a new track surface installed in the Summer of 2012. It features a 6-lane oval track, 8-lane straightaway, 1 textured court and 2 smooth surface courts for a variety of activities and fitness opportunities. Equipment Available for Check-Out (with an ID):
