This is called a Mimosa, or Sensative plant. They react to touch. Even these little seedlings are already able to react quite quickly. Pretty cool for a plant!

Yes, winter will end and we'll soon be back in the garden. Our growing season is already started. It's really nice to see something green and growing this time of year. Salvia, Lavender and several varieties of peppers are up with many other flowers and vegetables to follow soon.
