my journey,

This is what I come back to when I’m healing and just feel… meh.
For me, it’s the part of healing where I start wondering if it’s actually working. Where I’ve been doing the work (journaling, reflecting, slowing down), and I still feel off.
I feel tired of looking inward & quietly question if I’m missing something. When I’m here, the first thing I do is stop telling myself I should be further along. That thought alone can make me feel like I’m failing at something that’s already hard.
I remind myself that feeling off or unsettled doesn’t mean the work isn’t working. A lot of healing happens in the middle… after the awareness, before the relief.
I notice when I’m moving through my days on autopilot, not to criticize myself, but because it usually means I’m tired… not broken.
I let go of the pressure to feel inspired or transformed. Healing isn’t always obvious. Sometimes it just feels heavy or uncomfortable, or like nothing is happening at all.
Asking what feels honest, instead of what feels “right,” helps me stay connected to myself when I’m tempted to quit or numb out. It keeps me honest instead of trying to do healing perfectly.
Letting myself not know what’s next matters here, because forcing clarity when I’m already exhausted only fuels anxiety. Coming back to small things that feel like me helps when the big picture feels overwhelming. I don’t need a breakthrough… I need steadiness & calm nervous system.
Trusting that something is still shifting, even when I can’t feel it yet, is often the hardest part. Healing doesn’t always give immediate feedback. But staying with myself when I feel discouraged, tired of the work, or unsure it’s making a difference...is what keeps me from abandoning the process.
If you’re in this space, you’re not doing healing wrong.
You’re in one of the hardest parts of it. It’s okay to rest, to question, and to keep going slowly & gently instead of perfectly.
You may be scared you’ll never be “done” healing. I want to remind you there really isn’t an ending to healing. It’s not something you finish...it’s something you deepen. A lifelong relationship with yourself, one you get the privilege of choosing again and again.
Save this for the days you start wondering if the work is even working. 🫶🏼💕

I believe women don’t need fixing. They need remembering.
I believe most women aren’t lost… they’re buried. Under expectations. Under roles. Under the pressure to be everything for everyone, all the time.
I believe healing doesn’t have to be loud, performative, or positive all the time. Sometimes healing is quiet. Sometimes it’s heavy. Sometimes it’s simply telling the truth for the first time and not running form it.
I believe exhaustion is often a signal, not a flaw. That the body speaks long before the mind catches up. That slowing down is not failure, it’s wisdom. The body knows before the mind is ready to listen.
I believe boundaries are not walls or selfish. They are acts of self-respect, self-love, and self-worth. They are how a woman learns to trust herself again. How she learns that it’s okay to take up space.
I believe the inner critic isn’t the enemy. She’s just a protector who learned her job in a season of survival. And when we meet her with compassion instead of shame, real change begins.
I believe women already hold the answers they’re searching for. They don’t need permission. They need safety. They need space. They need someone who sees them clearly and reflects their power back to them.
I believe transformation doesn’t come from becoming more. It comes from shedding what was never yours to carry. Releasing the roles, stories, and expectations that kept you small.
I believe in slow growth. In grounded change. In success that feels good on the inside.
I believe a woman coming home to herself changes everything…her relationships, her work, her motherhood, her life. HER.
And I believe my work exists to walk beside her as she remembers. To remind her that she is not too much. She’s not behind. She’s not broken. Just human, learning to come back to herself. This is a journey of unlearning and rebuilding, of softness and strength, of hard truths and deep compassion. And she doesn’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to walk with her. Not ahead of her. Not above her. Beside her, until she no longer needs the reminder.

Over the years, through conversations with friends, family, and women walking their own healing journeys, I kept hearing the same themes come up again and again.
Not in dramatic ways.
In honest, everyday moments.
“I feel disconnected from myself.”
“I don’t really know who I am anymore.”
“I’ve grown so much, but I still feel unsure of what I want.”
“I’m tired of surviving, but I don’t know how to live differently.”
Some of these women had done therapy.
Some were just beginning to look inward.
Some were simply trying to hold everything together while quietly feeling lost.
What I noticed wasn’t a lack of effort or awareness. It was something deeper.
So much healing work helps us understand our pain. But there is often a missing bridge between healing and identity. Between surviving and living.
That’s why I created these two workbooks.
Remembering Her is created for the woman who didn’t disappear because she failed, but because she adapted. The woman who learned to be quieter, easier, stronger, or more selfless in order to stay safe, loved, or accepted. This workbook gently explores where you learned to shrink, how you learned to survive, and how those patterns may still be shaping your life today. To help you reconnect with your inner voice, your needs, and the parts of you that were suppressed It’s about understanding your story with compassion, so you can stop abandoning yourself in the present.
Rooted in Truth is created for the woman who can hear herself again, but feels unsure how to live from that place.
This workbook is for the season when clarity begins to matter. When you’re no longer willing to live on autopilot or shape your life around expectations that don’t fit anymore. It helps you explore who you are now, what matters in this season, what you’ve outgrown, and how to make choices that feel honest, grounded, and aligned.
Not through pressure or perfection. But through self trust and presence.
These workbooks exist because healing doesn’t end with awareness. And growth doesn’t need to be forced.
One helps you come home to yourself.
The other helps you build your life from that place. I’ll share more when it’s ready. For now, it’s enough to know you’re not alone in this season & I am creating workbooks to help.
Drop a heart in the comments if either of these resonate with you 💖

If your inner world were a file cabinet, which one would you pull today?
File 1…Unbecoming
This is the file you open when you’re tired of negotiating with yourself. When the voice in your head is loud… questioning, correcting, warning.
When you’ve learned how to be careful, accommodating, easy to love…and you’re exhausted from holding it all together so quietly.
You don’t open this file to change who you are. You open it because you can finally admit that the way you learned to survive
is no longer the way you want to live. Something in you is ready to soften.
To stop shrinking. To let go of roles, expectations, and patterns you learned to survive not because they’re wrong, but because they’re heavy. You’re ready to let go of what kept you safe, small and stuck.
File 2…Blooming
This is the file you open when something in you is waking up.
Not loudly. Not dramatically. Just enough to feel moments of honesty again, a clearer yes, a gentler no, a breath that reaches deeper than before.
You might not have words for it yet. You just know you’re tired of being disconnected from yourself. From your body. From your truth. And there’s a quiet part of you that wants more presence, more answers, more life. You just need space to feel what’s been waiting underneath the noise.
That quiet return to yourself. More honesty. More presence. More life in your body again.
File 3…Embodied
This is the file you open when you’re ready to live in alignment…unapologetically. Not because the work is done, but because you’ve done enough of it to trust yourself now. Here is where you practice living what you know. Choosing with intention. Listening to your body instead of pushing past it. Letting your boundaries guide you without guilt.
Moving at a pace that feels honest, even when it’s slower than before. This is where healing becomes lived. Not perfectly. Not loudly. Just consistently, in your choices, your relationships, your rest. Grounded. Self-led. Real.
If reading one of these made your chest tighten, your throat close,
or your eyes sting a little…that’s the one.
Not because it’s urgent. Because you’re ready. Let’s get you back to herself 🥰

This year, I’m letting my life feel different.
Slower mornings.
Deeper breaths.
Nourishment that actually supports me.
Less explaining.
Less overgiving.
Less ignoring what my body and intuition have been trying to tell me.
I’m choosing self-trust over self-doubt.
Presence over urgency.
Connection that feels safe, mutual, and free.
2026 isn’t about fixing myself.
It’s about coming home to myself.
2026 is the year I live free.
What are you ready to let go of?

Showing up for yourself isn’t always grand gestures…it is the quiet, consistent choices that remind you: “I matter, too.”
Here are 5 ways I personally ground myself and return to authenticity. The more you honor your own energy, the more you create space for the life you want.
1. For me, that’s dancing. It calms my chaos, surrounds me with people who are supportive and uplifting, and dancing away the bad energy. Anything that sparks joy for you…do more of that.
2. Eating clean helps with my brain fog, inflammation, and helps me feel more energized and lighter. It doesn’t just support my body, but my mental health too.
3. As a mom, I am always on the GO and never get a moment. Creating slow mornings for myself by waking up earlier than my child, sipping tea in peace, journaling, meditating, listening to my healing playlist on Spotify, or just sitting in stillness before the day begins has been a game changer.
4. Connecting with nature is healing. I do grounding, sun exposure for 10 mins, read my book outside, go hiking, or just walking. Taking time to breathe, be present, and appreciate nature and the world truly helps bring peace.
5. Committing to personal growth is so important. I read, listen to podcast, practice self-reflection, and go to therapy. I invest in myself, so I can show up authentically
Save this post for the days you forget and need a reminder.
Tell me in the comments: which ritual speaks to you the most right now?

Let’s talk about healing…
When people talk about growth and healing, they make it sound so beautiful and exciting… so effortless…but honestly, it doesn’t always feel that way.
Sometimes growth is pushing yourself past your comfort zone and what you thought you could handle.
Sometimes it’s losing people you thought would be in your life forever.
Sometimes it’s rediscovering parts of yourself you didn’t even know were there…the ones you buried deep down because you were scared to let them out.
And here’s the thing nobody really talks about…you grieve.
You grieve old versions of yourself that no longer exist.
You grieve the parts of you that you had to shed and build just to survive.
You grieve the relationships that couldn’t come with you to this healed version.
Grief isn’t just about losing someone to death.
It’s losing versions of you.
It’s shedding people, places, and patterns that kept you from growing into who you’re meant to be.
But the beautiful part? You do find new people, new opportunities, and new layers of yourself along the way. Because as you let go, you create space for the version of you that’s been waiting underneath all along. Growth is about unbecoming everything that no longer fits.
Growth will test you.
Growth will stretch you.
It will ask you to grieve what you’ve outgrown.
Those pieces you release become part of the path that leads you forward, to the best version of you.
XoXo,
Kir 🫶

I'm backkk!!
Some of you already know this, but in my personal life I had to go completely no-contact with my “mom” and “dad.” I don’t even call them that anymore…they’re just names, or s***m and egg donor. And that’s a very hard boundary I had to set for my own survival and peace.
But here’s the truth: boundaries don’t always mean cutting people off. They shouldn’t…unless someone is extremely toxic, unsafe, or simply cannot and refuses to respect what you need of yourself.
The hard part is...when you start setting boundaries, people get ANGRY.
Because they want you to stay the same.
Because they don’t want a mirror held up to their actions.
Because it is easier to blame you than to face their own stuff.
I live this every day. I am, and probably always will be, the “blame.” The “problem.” The “scapegoat.”
And as painful as that is… I’m PROUD of it. Because it means I chose myself. It means I stopped the cycle. It means I’m the one brave enough to face the hard things…therapy, accountability, owning my mess, and actually doing the hard work that the people in my life refuse to do.
And no matter what, it always seems to circle back to me somehow:
👉 “I can tell you’ve been talking to Kir.”
👉 “Oh, you’re just like Kir.”
👉 “This is starting to look and sound like Kir & Missy.”
👉 “Get over yourself and this therapy bullsh*t.”
I’ll be honest…hearing that is tough, because the truth is, I don’t do anything but help, support, validate, and be my best self in hopes that others can be their best selves too. I have never…and will never…tell someone what boundaries they should set, or that they need to cut someone off. What I do is play devil’s advocate, help people see the other perspective, and guide them toward their own choices and what’s best for them.
I know I was put on this earth to help people become the best version of themselves and live their best life. And I will never apologize for that. I shouldn’t be blamed for how someone else chooses to live, whatever boundaries, choices, or path they take is theirs.
All of this to say: if you are at the point in your life where you are brave enough, strong enough, and courageous enough to break cycles, hold people accountable, and set boundaries for YOURSELF… be ready. The backlash will come. The hurtful words. The blame. The guilt trips. It isn’t for the weak. Let me be very clear…Just because people are upset with your choices, doesn’t mean that they are bad.
But that’s where I come in. Working with me will give you the strength, the clarity, and the tools you need to not just set your boundaries…but to stand firm in them when it gets hard.
So let’s talk about boundaries for a second:
➡️ What are they?
➡️ Why do we need them?
➡️ Who are they really for?
Boundaries are not about punishment. They are about protection…of your peace, your mental health, your healing, and your energy. They aren’t about shutting people out, but about letting the right people in, on terms that are safe and respectful for YOU.
Here is what that can look like in real life:
💕 Mother to daughter: “I love you, but I am not your punching bag. If you start yelling, cursing, or calling me names, I will walk away and end this conversation. I will not let you be disrespectful to me.”
🌸 Daughter to mother: “I love you, but I won’t let you undermine my parenting. I make the decisions for my children, and I will protect my family from judgment, guilt, or manipulation.”
🤝 Friendships: “I can’t be the friend you only come to when you’re in crisis. Our friendship needs to be mutual, not one-sided, and I need you to respect when I say I can’t take on more.”
💼 Workplace: “I’m not available to check emails after 6 PM.”
❤️ Romantic relationships: ““I need honesty and accountability. If my feelings are dismissed, gaslit, or minimized, that is a line I won’t allow to be crossed. Love without respect is not love.”
🧠 With yourself: “I won’t say yes to things that drain me, just to keep the peace. I won’t abandon myself to keep others comfortable. I won’t silence my truth to avoid conflict. My healing matters more than their approval.”
💡 Boundaries are everywhere...and they are what make healthy, balanced relationships possible. If this resonates with you, I created my Boundary Setting Workbook + Journal to walk you through this process. It’s full of prompts, reflections, and tools to help you
protect your peace and reclaim your life.

You deserve boundaries. You deserve peace. You deserve to choose you, no matter who it upsets.
Hi friends, I need your help—seriously.
I’m currently looking for TWO more beta readers for my Inner Critic Workbook —a powerful, guided tool designed to help you identify and reframe the limiting beliefs and self-doubt that keep you stuck (already got feedback from the beta readers/testers for the boundaries workbook - THANK YOU).
Unfortunately, a few people signed up, received the workbook, and then never followed through. I understand life gets busy—but this feedback is crucial to me. I’m pouring my heart into creating something that truly helps people, and I can’t do that without honest input, feedback and people following through on their promise.
I am giving this workbook away from F R E E , So I’m asking—please don’t apply unless you’re committed to doing the work and providing feedback within a week or two. I’m not looking for perfection, but I am looking for people who will show up, do the work, and fill out my feedback form when it is emailed and sent to you.
Here’s what to know:
This workbook is 100% digital (for now).
You’ll need your own notebook or journal to complete the exercises. There is writing involved.
You’ll have 2 weeks to use it and send me your thoughts + a short testimonial (I send you the feedback form).
What this workbook helps you with:
✔ Recognize and understand the voice of your inner critic
✔ Reframe negative thoughts and self-talk
✔ Create a more compassionate, empowering internal dialogue
✔ Build confidence through mindset shifts and intentional reflection
If this speaks to you—and you’re truly ready to go on this journey with me—I’d love to have you.
