DanceFit Direct is a group of Dance Fitness Instructors that offers dance inspired fitness workouts to individuals, groups, corporate and government entities.
DanceFit Direct is comprised of Instructors dedicated to integrating FUN into their students' Dance inspired Fitness workouts. Whether it's a group setting or individually, the workouts are created to motivate and encourage. By offering a variety of formats (Zumba, Hot Hula, TKB, PiYo, QiGnition,etc.), our students are never bored. Fitness should be FUN, not hard work. Hello Everyone...November says HI!
Lots of changes happening for DanceFIT Direct Students.
1. We lost a great instructor to relocation. Sad for us, Happy for Marlon Salem's new students in Arizona.
2. We gained a terrific replacement with Leizl. She is energetic, loves to scream and shout, and a great addition to the family.
3. We have not been able to find a zumba instructor to cover the Wednesday 9 am classes. However, talks are with a Master instructor who would like to introduce BOLLYWOOD to our dance family. Also, Leizl may be able to teach Zumba at 8 am on Wednesday, instead of 9 am.
Please give me feedback as to your thoughts about Bollywood or 8 am with Leizl.
4. Plans are on the way to have a Master Class with two of the best DanceFIT Instructors we've ever hosted. Possibly before Thanksgiving or before Christmas. It will be on a Sunday afternoon from 2-4 pm. And the venue will probably be Cerritos Regional Park Gym. Justin from Phoenix and Miggy from NorCal will be ready to jam with everyone.
5. Lastly, if you have any questions about schedules, cancellations...please TEXT me at 562-252-5105. I respond quicker by text.

Hi everyone...Thank you so much for your patience with the venue change for our Saturday classes. Here is the schedule for November and December, 2016
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday -- 9 am at Quest $5
Saturday -- 8 am at Quest $7
There will be no classes during these days:
Thursday, Nov. 24 Happy Thanksgiving
Saturday, Dec. 24, Merry Christmas Eve (unless big request)
Saturday, Dec. 31, Happy New Year's Eve (unless big request)
We hope to be back at Cerritos Mall starting January 7th.
