Ceres High MPGT had an incredible opportunity to visit the Tesla factory in Fremont, CA where they learned all about the Manufacturing, Production and Development Program. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience getting an inside look at how one of the most innovative companies in the world operates. The students were able to see firsthand the technology and processes that go into creating some of the most advanced electric vehicles on the market. A truly inspiring and educational trip for all involved!

Today, the MPGT seniors took a huge step towards their future success by conquering mock interviews with flying colors! With the incredible support of our dedicated district staff and amazing local business partners, our students have spent countless hours honing their skills in resume building, mastering public speaking, and even perfecting the art of tying a tie!

The pool transformed into a racecourse, echoing with cheers as these future engineers navigated their buoyant creations. ✨ Cheers to an inspiring day at Delicato Winery! Our senior students from the MPGT academy had an incredible opportunity to explore the world of winemaking and learn about exciting career prospects. From vine to bottle, they witnessed the dedication and craftsmanship poured into creating remarkable wines. The Delicato team shared their expertise, enlightening our students about the diverse roles within the winery, from viticulture to marketing. This unforgettable experience has opened new doors of possibilities and ignited a passion for pursuing a future in the wine industry. The MPGT Academy owes its existence and success to a dedicated group of people in our district and our community, but perhaps to no one quite as much as Mr. Jay Simmonds. We would like to thank Jay for his constant and unwavering support of the MPGT Academy and to wish him a heartfelt congratulations on his upcoming retirement. The work Jay has done at CUSD has made a hugely positive impact on our community and will continue to do so well into the future. Thank you, Jay!
