Our staff may have been acting a little suspicious this week… 👀😄
For our PBIS celebration, we brought some fun to campus with a secret “Underground Spirit Week” and yes, the students were completely out of the loop!
Here’s what our staff was up to:
🎩 Monday: Hat Day
🔄 Tuesday: Backwards Day
🎒 Wednesday: Backpack Day
🥄 Thursday: Anything But a Cup
🔁 Friday: UNO Reverse (staff became the students!)

All week long, students noticed something was off and tried to figure out the mystery. The best part? Watching their reactions, curiosity, and excitement grow each day!
This was all about bringing joy, building community, and creating fun moments on campus—because school should be a place full of smiles and surprises. 💛

Shoutout to our amazing staff for going all in and making it such a memorable week!

It’s the little moments that turn into lifelong impact. 💙

Our students took a pause to reflect on the people who make them feel seen, supported, and inspired. With a simple slip of paper, they recognized the staff members who make them laugh on hard days, who push them to be their best, and who remind them just how capable they are.

What might feel like “just doing your job” to us… is everything to them.

To our incredible staff: thank you for showing up with heart, for building relationships, and for leaving a lasting imprint on the lives of our students. You are the reason they believe in themselves a little more each day.
