If you’ve been to the Queen Anne's County YMCA lately you may have heard about the QAC White Caps! QAC White Caps are a group of adult swimmers who meet once a week to have fun, exercise, and practice to better their swim times and technique. There are modified workouts available based on your goals.
We have a certified U.S. Masters Swimming coach who will help you through the sign up process and guide you through your first workout.
Don’t let the name “masters” intimidate you! It just means you have to be over 18 years old. This team is ideal for someone who is training for a triathlon or just trying to move their body! The low impact of swimming is great for all ages and abilities. Some even call it the fountain of youth. 🌊
Current practice is scheduled for Wednesdays from 6am- 7am but we’re open to adding additional days and times as the group grows!
