The recognition followed the Sheriff’s Office receiving the Model Agency Award from the National Association of School Resource Officers. As we continue a great start to the 2026–2027 school year, families can access free mental health and parenting resources through the Cook Center for Human Connection.
FREE Resources include parent coaching, on-demand courses, therapist insights, and practical support for topics like school anxiety, social media, friendships, academic stress, and parenting challenges.

Meet Circool! 👋

We're excited to introduce Circool (pronounced just like circle), our new system for guest management and student check-in/check-out for Cherokee County Schools.

Circool helps us make our schools safer, more secure, and more efficient by:
✅ Speeding up student check-in and check-out
✅ Making the process quicker for parents and guardians
✅ Connecting directly with PowerSchool to keep information accurate

To use the new system, all parents/guardians will need to create a free Circool account.

📱 On Monday, August 3, parents and guardians will receive both a text message and an email from Circool with instructions for creating an account. Those messages are legitimate, so be on the lookout!

Scheduling vacations, wellness checkups, and other appointments during school breaks can help reduce absences and support consistent student attendance.
