Zap Master is a small but rapidly growing electrology school and clinic committed to offering top-tier hair removal services and inclusive care. We’re currently seeking a Licensed Master Aesthetician (Washington State) to join our team as a Laser Hair Removal Technician.
This is a part-time, weekday-based position to start—with opportunities for professional growth, electrolysis training, and long-term advancement within our clinic and educational programs.
What You'll Do:
Perform laser hair removal services using professional-grade equipment

Support a mixed client base, including gender-affirming care, PCOS, and cosmetic cases

Collaborate with a small, affirming team committed to safe, trauma-informed care

Engage in learning opportunities for electrolysis through internal pathways

Support both private pay and insurance clients (small caseload)

Compensation & Growth Plan:
Starting wage: $23/hour

No call-outs in first 45 days: bump to $24/hour

After 90 days: increase to $25/hour

After 1 year:

$25/hour base pay

10% commission on laser services

All gratuity is yours to keep

This position begins as part-time with weekday shifts, and includes a 90-day probationary period. Future full-time opportunities may be available based on performance and clinic needs.
Who We're Looking For:
Must hold a valid Washington State Master Aesthetician license

Has experience in laser hair removal (ND:YAG, Diode, Alexandrite a plus) *If a candidate is laser trained and interested in offering their additional skin care skill & services this is welcomed but NOT the focus in the immediate.

Passionate about inclusive care and serving a diverse community

Open to learning electrolysis through one of our structured training pathways

Reliable, professional, and a good communicator
