Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families, friends, and communities forever changed by that day.

We honor the courage and sacrifice of the first responders, firefighters, police officers, military members, and everyday heroes who came together to help others.

We remember those who were lost.
We honor those who served.
And we hold their families and loved ones in our hearts.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸🤍

Here are the entries for our annual Bookmark Contest! The top two entries with the most "likes" will get a special prize along with their bookmarks getting showcased at our little library in the lobby this year.📖

The beginning of the new school year is almost here which means its time for our annual Design a Bookmark contest! Check your child's cubby for a template. Please have them turned in by Wednesday August 26th to be included in voting!📖🎨

It is with a very saddened heart we share the passing of our sweet Pearl 🩵

What began as a stray finding his way here and poking his head around the center quickly turned into him choosing us as his home. And how absolutely blessed we are that he did! Pearl became such a beloved part of our center, our family, and our everyday lives.

Pearl was a very old boy (we thought he was a girl before he went to the vet, hence his name), anywhere between 13-16 years old so he had definitely earned the right to start slowing down. He quickly became a very spoiled baby. From morning hellos and afternoon goodbyes from our center families and teachers (and the snuggles in between), to all the snacks and treats because he was just too cute to say no to. For those who knew Pearl, you know he was truly the very best!

We are going to miss seeing him around each day and all the joy he brought us.

Rest peacefully sweet boy. You are loved, you are missed, and you are forever home 🩵

Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month, Miss Caitlyn! She’s one of the first friendly faces our children see at drop off and does a fantastic job building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff. We are lucky to have her as part of our PNW ELC family. Congratulations Caitlyn!🌷
