📣 Do you have a preschool-aged child? Check out Preschool Pages! This FREE program takes place at 15 sites across Pickens County.

👧🏽 Open to preschool-aged children who are accompanied by their parent, grandparent or other adult caregiver.

📚 Children and caregivers will participate in story time and related early learning activities.

🎁 Children will take home a FREE book- provided by generous Women United donors- from each session to build their own home libraries.

🪴Have a “Happy Plantsgiving” by signing up your child to receive a free succulent plant through the Neighborhood Forest program available at the Central-Clemson Library branch! Succulents will be available mid-November. 🪴🌵🌱

Our Central-Clemson Library is celebrating Happy Plantsgiving with Neighborhood Forest.

Through Neighborhood Forest’s 3rd Annual Happy Plantsgiving Fall Plant Giveaway, children can sign up to receive a FREE succulent to take home, nurture, and enjoy!

No child to register? You can still join the fun! Adults can purchase a succulent of their own or make a donation to help support Neighborhood Forest’s programs for
kids.

Registration is open now through October 23rd!

We had a great time at Clemson Community PLAY day!!! It’s always a joy to connect with local families and celebrate the importance of play. 🎉

Cubby signed up for Lantern Families, a free resource that sends age-specific parenting tips + info on local resources to families! 🧡 To sign up, text SCKIDS to 274448. (Lantern is made possible through support from United Way of Pickens County.)

Thank you City of Clemson Parks & Recreation, US Play Coalition, Central Clemson Recreation Center, and all the community partners who make this event happen!

We had a great time connecting with local families at Picnic in the Park today…and we brought along SPARKY, our new mobile outreach vehicle! Big thanks to City of Clemson Parks & Recreation for this great event and to Trudel Music Studio for providing Kindermusik fun! Don’t miss the last Picnic in the Park event for September—next Wednesday at Nettles Park from 6-8 pm. 🚐🎶🛝🌳
