We are a group of living Historians that portray a WW1 German front line combat unit, Our impression focuses on the WW1 years of 1914 to 1918. We engage in tactical events as well as living history events, either way we represent a combat group and we are seeking motivated young or older men. ll sand bags , go on wiring parties, trench raids ext. New recruits should also have a clean criminal history and be able to posses a firearm. All members must follow the units equipment, uniform and authenticity guidelines, all members go through a 1 year probationary period, once you have been approved as a new member you will be added to the closed groups.Most of our events are in the North east of the U.S. , it is a must to have transportation to and from events. WW1 reenacting can be quite expensive, like any hobby, please check with us before buying gear we would hate to see anyone spend money on something that may not be right or something you just don't need. Our goal is to portray the typical German Soldat of WW1, not only by accurately recreating his appearance but also by researching and demonstrating his life, duties and occasional pastimes as he experienced during the Great War
