Thank you to all of our amazing teachers at Heth-Washington Elementary!
Teacher Appreciation Week started off with bagels from Brandenburg Bagels and a bag of supplies, then a taco bar from The Locals. We ended the week with Mr. Ferriell cooking a pancake breakfast for all of the staff and Mrs. Ashlee Derthick spoiling us with pizza!

We are still in need of some cakes for the cake walk. If you would like to donate, you can bring them into the office or send them with your student at anytime before Friday.

We are also in need of some more cases of soda!

Heth-Washington Elementary’s Fall Festival is Friday September 22 from 5-7. Come and enjoy some amazing food, games and live auction. Auction starts at 7:30.
We are also in need of a few more donations for prizes and class baskets.

We have a few announcements to make!

1. We are in need of volunteers for our Fall Festival. This year we are using Sign Up Genius. If you want to volunteer, you can do so by using this link👇

2. We are accepting donations for classroom baskets and prizes. These can be brought in at anytime or sent with your student. Today would be the perfect time to bring those in!

3. Our next PTO meeting is this Thursday at 2:45 instead of our usual Tuesday.

Please note the location has changed from the library to the cafeteria. We will have coloring sheets for any kids attending.

Please join us tomorrow for our first PTO meeting of the school year. We are going to hit the ground running to prepare for our fall festival!
Don’t forget to get your PTO membership forms and money turned in tomorrow to be entered for the giveaway! We will have forms with us at the meeting!

We would like to give a huge shout out and THANK YOU to Jennifer Ferriell for the dessert bar and to Leslie Williams Realtor, and Elmer Lambright Realtor for providing a Taco Bar for us today for Principal's Day and the kickoff to Teacher Appreciation Week. Everything was amazing.
