As we reflect on the success of our Inaugural Golf Outing, our hearts are filled with gratitude.

To our incredible board members, sponsors, golfers, donors, volunteers, and friends—thank you for believing in our mission and investing in the future of our students. Your generosity and support made this event an overwhelming success.

We are especially grateful to National Grid for their 50,000 grant! A true honor to present and celebrate Yaryl Gonzalez as LILTA’s Education Partner of the Year! Yaryl’s commitment to education is amazing! We are also grateful for everyone who donated raffle prizes, sponsored a golfer or a hole, attended the luncheon, and helped make the day memorable. Every contribution, big or small, made a meaningful difference.

LILTA is proud to partner with the Suffolk County Multicultural Advisory Committee (SCMAC), Empire Justice Center, CARECEN, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk, and the Hispanic Counseling Center for a timely conversation on supporting our immigrant communities.

Together, we'll discuss:
💙 Responding to immigrant mental health and legal needs
🛡️ Family preparedness and crisis planning
🌎 Community resources and supports available across Long Island

If you are an educator, counselor, social worker, advocate, or service provider working with immigrant families, we encourage you to attend this valuable session.
