Zachary has been in the choir program for 4 years. His favorite memory in the choir program was going to Disney both times. After graduation, Zachary is scheduled to join the Navy as a Nuclear Propulsion Engineer. Zachary would like to thank his parents for supporting him, the choir directors, and his friend, Gabriel Hall, who convinced him to join choir.

Benny Villalva has been in the choir program for 4 years, his favorite memories in the choir program have to be his trip to NACC with Forte last year and the disney trip this year. After graduation, Benny will be going to the University Of Cincinnati to study film or photography. He would like to thank his parents for always motivating him and pushing for his best, as well as his brother, who inspired him to sing a ca****la.

We will debut our new song β€œIf You’re Always Looking Back” by at our concert on Wednesday, May 13th at 7:30 pm. Thank you to everyone that donated to our fundraiser last fall. We used that money to have this brand new song commissioned for us and for our Disney trip. Join us for our concert and you can be one of the first people to ever hear this song performed!

This was as a wonderful learning opportunity for all the CHS choir students. We had a chance to zoom with Bryan Sable to learn about his process and ask any questions. We can’t wait to perform it for you!!!

Cloey has been in the choir program for 7 years. Her favorite memories in the choir program were going to a ca****la festivals. After graduation, Cloey plans to study biomedical engineering at Miami University. She would like to thank her family for supporting her throughout her singing journey and her friends for always being there to watch her perform.

After graduation, Keegan plans to attend Sinclair Community College to get his Fire and EMT certifications. He would like to thank his friends and family for supporting him, and his brother, Jayden, for introducing him to the choir program.

Claire has been in the choir program for 4 years. Her favorite memory in the choir program was both Disney Trips she got to experience. After graduation, Claire plans to study interior design at Sinclair Community College. Claire would like to thank all of her choir directors all the way from PVN, Driscoll, Watts and the high school, as well as Gabe Clark, Mr.Jackson and Joel Korpusik for teaching her Vocal Percussion. And another special thank you to Mrs.K, Mrs.Stamm, Mrs.Jolley, Mr.VandenBrink and Ms.D for the opportunities she was given in high school!Β

We continue our senior celebration with Callie! πŸ’›πŸ–€

Callie has been a member of the Choir program for 3 years! Her favorite memory from her time in choir was going to NACC last year but every forte trip holds a special place in her heart! After graduation, Callie plans to attend Wright State University to major in Business Management. She would like to thank all of her amazing friends over the years, along with Ms. D, Mrs. Stamm, Mr. Morgan, and of course Mrs. K, for their constant support and for helping her grow both in and out of choir. The lessons she has learned not only about voice but also about life will always help guide her. Callie also would like to say a huge thank you to her mom and dad for their never ending love and support. She would like to give a special shout out to her little brother Cruz who had never failed to cheer her on! Callie feels blessed to have such good people in her life who always show up and love on her!

Next we celebrate Alayna! πŸ’›πŸ–€

Alayna has been singing in choir for 12 years. Her favorite memory in the choir program was meeting and laughing with so many amazing and talented people. After graduation, Alayna plans to attend Bowling Green State University to major in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology. She would like to personally thank God for always being with her throughout life's adventures and thank the directors, Mrs. K, Ms. D, and Mrs. Stamm, as well as friends and family, for making these years memorable and precious to look back on. It's been a blessing to be a part of it all, and she will remain truly grateful for the growth and understanding she has learned throughout.
