Make plans to attend the HCMS Drama Club production of 𝙰𝚕𝚒𝚌𝚎 𝚒𝚗 𝚆𝚘𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝙹𝚛. April 10th beginning at 7:00pm at the HCHS Ron Wallace Auditorium. So proud of our RISE students that are participating and thanks to RISE teacher Robin DeVault for her hard work and being the awesome director that she is and has been for so many years at HCMS. It’s not easy Y’all! 🤩

𝙷𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚢 𝚂𝚙𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝙱𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚔 𝚏𝚛𝚘𝚖 𝚁𝙸𝚂𝙴! Here are some pix from the past couple of weeks. We tried out some new things: conductive dough, light up circuit bricks and RECORDERS! Also we engaged in some tried and true favorites!

HCMS Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on two evenings in February.
February 17th or February 28th- 3:30-6:30 both nights.
RISE 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 meet on these two evenings and Parents are welcome to stop by the RISE room if you have a conference between 3:30-5:15. We would be happy to see you! 😊

We hope everyone is safe and warm!

Here are a few pictures from the short week we had last week but we made the best of it with some great projects. We did some chalk drawings of “Snowmen at Night” that introduced some really nice shading techniques. Wednesday, we made magnetic slime which is the best slime we have made so far! Thursday the kiddos designed some air hockey tables using magna tiles and this was so much fun!
