Welcome to Stingley!

Welcome back to Centerville City Schools, Ms. Keyes! 🖤💛

We’re pleased to announce Ms. Jennifer Keyes as the new principal of Stingley Elementary!

Ms. Keyes most recently served as Special Education Supervisor and Principal of The Lange School in the Oakwood City School District. Before joining Oakwood, Ms. Keyes dedicated 15 years to Centerville City Schools, serving in a several coordinating and teaching roles.

Her leadership experience, knowledge of our district and commitment to students will make a positive impact on the Stingley community. We’re excited to welcome Ms. Keyes back to our Elk family!

We also extend our gratitude to Mrs. Katie Thornton for her years of leadership as Stingley’s past principal. She will continue serving our district as a director in Student Services.

We are SO excited to be back for the 2026–2027 school year! We hope everyone had an amazing summer, and we can’t wait for another fun-filled year at Stingley!

We have so many exciting things planned for our students, teachers, and families this year, but we need YOUR help to make it all happen! Here are a few ways you can get involved:

PTO membership is just $20 per family. Your membership helps support the students, teachers, and activities we provide throughout the school year, you do not have to attend anything, but all are welcome!

If you are interested in becoming a Homeroom Parent and helping with classroom parties, you will need to sign up for PTO!

You can also choose to opt out of fundraising for the entire school year for a flat $75 fee.

As the Stingley staff prepares to welcome our kiddos back, we’d love your help to Fill the Lounge with snacks, drinks, and goodies to keep them fueled and feeling the love.
If possible, please have all items dropped off by Tuesday, August 11th so we can stock the lounge before the first day of school.
