Our 3rd graders had the BEST walking field trip to Scarecrow Alley today! After helping create our very own scarecrow, they got to walk through the village to check out all of the amazing creations, enjoy a sweet treat from the 1856 Country Store, and squeeze in some playground fun too!

And the fun continues back in the classroom — students will vote for their favorite scarecrows and use what they saw as inspiration for their writing!

A HUGE thank you to our incredible 3rd grade teachers for jumping right in, helping their students bring our scarecrow to life, and turning it into such a fun, hands-on learning experience.

We are so lucky to have teachers who make memories like these possible!

Don’t forget to vote for #22!
