📚School is back in session in Leon County, which means it's time to honor our first teacher of the month for the new school year. 🏆

The August Nucor Leon County Teacher of the Month is Benjamin Boykin of Centerville High School. Mr. Boykin teaches Biology, A&P, Scientific Research & Design, and Robotics, and has been in education 20+ years. 🌟

Mr. Boykin dedicates countless hours on campus throughout the summer to provide robotics students with valuable lab time in preparation for upcoming robotics competitions. His dedication, adaptability, and passion for student success are all qualities of an exceptional educator.

Mr. Boykin was presented with a plaque and a $100 gift card. He is pictured with Allison Best, Nucor, and Cara Dudley, Centerville HS.
