UPDATE! Thank you so much everyone! We have all the supplies. Please share the flyer with everyone on your social media pages and email. Hoping for a fun event for the younger kiddos!

Hey parents! We are in need of donations of 4 gallons of lemonade, 160 small cups(spring colors), 160 napkins(spring colors), and at least 15 dozen cookies of any kind.

Please give to Ilan McKinney, drop off on our front porch (213 S Morton), or let me know so I can pick them up for you.

Need by Thursday, April 9 for the Father/Daughter Dance fundraiser.

Good afternoon!!!

Tuesday March 31st is the volleyball fundraiser for sophomore class.
We can sell our own concessions and make full profit. Sophomore class can sell or I thought if anyone from after prom committee wants to sell snack and drink items then afterprom can sell if you would like a chance to make more?
Water, powerade, pop? Candy or baked goods?

Is anyone available to donate and help out? I have to work that night.
Please share and let me know what you all come up with.

I need some one to make a playlist and be a DJ
Several peeps to decorate and clean up.
Who can help me? 😊

Planning a father/daughter dance to be held at the elementary for grades K-6. This has been a great fundraiser in the past. I would like to hold one in April or May and then a second next year at some point. Could do fall or early March, even at Valentines Day.
I have been in touch with Mrs VanWinkle. I’m waiting to hear back about a date.
I have some decorations being donated.
We will need a DJ and some students and parents to decorate and clean up.
I work night shift so I may not be able to attend the whole event.
Let me know your thoughts and who would be interested in helping out.
How much should we charge?
I’m thinking for 2 hours.
In the past- parents donated plates, cups, napkins, cookies, and punch.

Would any of you have any grant writing experience and be able to send a letter of application to these?

Some of these may need to wait until 2027 to apply. Anything helps.
