Tandem: a group of two people or machines working together. There are 2 machines at work when you are learning to sing. The brain and the body. When they sync and you can let go and enjoy the art is when you find the magic.

Shoutout to these two stars! They ended off the school year strong with their amazing performance in “Putnam County Spelling Bee”. I was roaring with laughter, the vocals were on point and they sold out tickets fast for each show. What a fun night; Go Vikings!

End of year Spring Recital. These are always big payoff days. We made it through all the practicing, memorizing, pushing through those hard weeks and made it through the year. Always keep singing! We missed you Camille and Lainey! 💕

Madam Butterfly with my dad was a treat. The vocal talent was stellar and the set design was gorgeous, but sitting by my dad as he cried from such brilliant story telling and art was by far the highlight. Lucky me! My appreciation for Opera has tripled since Wednesday night. Thanks Dad!

Post Malone Stadium tour with Libby! We got to hear Jelly Roll and Sierra Farrell. I love when musicians collaborate with other musicians. As a musician myself, I love to collaborate and make music with others. As a teacher, I encourage my students to make music with friends and family. It’s a great way to connect. It was a great time getting to hear from a local Utahn, Go Posty!

Spring end of year recital. Such a fun year playing guitar with these great kids. We had some Beatles, Cat Stevens and even Peter, Paul and Mary. We missed you Marshall!
