To our Little Martians families and community —
We are aware of a post circulating on social media containing allegations about our facility made by a recently separated former employee. We want to respond directly, confidently, and with the full weight of our 15+ year record behind us.
Little Martians has served the families of Centerton and the surrounding community for over 15 years. In that time, we have built a reputation earned through thousands of children cared for, hundreds of families served, and a consistent record of excellence recognized by state licensing authorities, independent rating systems, and the community itself. We are proud to hold a 5-star rating and to have maintained our licensing in good standing throughout our entire history — a record that does not happen by accident.
We do not take lightly allegations that touch on the safety and wellbeing of children. However, we also will not allow a one-sided, unverified narrative from a disgruntled former employee to go unanswered. The characterization of our facility, our staff, and our culture presented in that post does not reflect the Little Martians that our families know, that our dedicated teachers show up to every single day, or that 15 years of community trust has been built upon.
We fully welcome and will cooperate completely with any review by the Arkansas Department of Human Services. We have nothing to fear from scrutiny — because we have nothing to hide.

We also want to be unambiguous: we are aware of our legal options regarding false and defamatory statements made with the intent to harm our business and reputation, and we will pursue every appropriate avenue to protect the integrity of this organization and the people who dedicate themselves to it.
What will not change is our commitment to the children and families who have trusted us for over 15 years. That commitment is the foundation of everything we do — and no post can alter that record.
