The Lighthouse Handpan Gathering has been a dream in the making! We are overjoyed to bring together so many incredible handpan artists, builders and facilitators for what will undoubtedly be a weekend of connection, creativity and deep handpan and musical inspiration.
From October 24-26th, Sound Artist Handpan & Creative Music School will offer a weekend of handpan workshops, concerts, open mics, group jams, electives, and builder expos: all rooted in wellness, community connection, self-expression and telling the new and unique story of this musical instrument we love so much!
Our lighthouse has attracted luminaries from both the local and international handpan communities. We’re deeply inspired to witness the outpour of support for this gathering, which will be the first of its kind to take place here in New York!
Our featured artists, builders and teachers are joining us from Brazil and around the US to lead the most unforgettable weekend of handpan our community has ever experienced.
