The Earth 🌍 compared to an apple 🍎! Mrs Brittain’s 8th grade principles of agriculture students learned today about arable ( land you can farm on) and non arable land. They used an apple to visualize how much of the Earth is available for farming, and found that on 1/32 of the Earth is arable! (That is a tiny bit of the apple 🍎 peel) Students will be learning about population growth and how farmers must be scientists to feed the world!🗺️
