New studio, same unmatched energy ❤️‍🔥 If you’ve ever trained with her, you know the energy and attentiveness she brings to the floor is unmatched. She’s an Air Force wife, a proud mom of three, and somehow still finds the time to run the Rock ’n’ Roll Half Marathon in every city she’s lived. Talk about a super mama! 🦸🏼‍♀️
