We are so excited to welcome CCIC students back to campus this week! A Day classes begin Tuesday, August 18th and B Day classes begin Wednesday, August 19th. Reminder - afternoon classes on Wednesday begin at 12:30 PM so students can attend advisory at their home high schools.

From the Veterinary Assistant lab to the HVAC and Welding bays, and the brand-new Aerospace and Creative wing, exciting progress is happening across the CCIC expansion.
Thanks to the support of our voters, CCIC is growing to offer nine new career pathways, while also expanding our Automotive Technology and Aerospace Manufacturing programs into state-of-the-art learning spaces.

We can’t wait to welcome new and returning students this fall—and we’re looking forward to opening our doors to the community during multiple open houses in 2027 so everyone can see the completed project.

The future is taking shape.

🎉 Big shout out to CCIC's Construction Trades teacher, Jim Dosky for being named a finalist for the Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence! 🙌 🛠️

A total of $2 million in cash prizes will be awarded in the fall when the field is narrowed down to 25 winners.

The prize recognizes outstanding instruction in the skilled trades in U.S. public high schools and the valuable work of teachers who inspire students to learn a trade that prepares them for life after graduation.
