Here’s what Makenzie had to say about her experience in GPHI:

“There aren’t enough words to express how much Gamma Phi Beta has given me. What started as a way to make friends quickly became my community and my home away from home. The moment I stepped onto our lawn on Bid Day, I knew I found where I belonged. Serving as Chapter President this year has been the greatest honor! The women of our chapter constantly inspire me and motivate me to be a better version of myself daily. Gamma Phi Beta has been the highlight of my college experience and given me a sisterhood I will carry with me forever. Thank you for being my home, Delta Upsilon!”

Today we are spotlighting Kelly Guerriero (California State-Chico) on her experience volunteering with Gamma Phi Beta!

"As much as the members come to me for advice or help - they have taught me so much in return. I often see my younger self in many of them and can remember exactly what it was like to be a collegiate member. I feel honored when they talk to me about non-sorority related things, because at the end of the day it IS a sisterhood and I do think I give pretty good big sister advice! I am also constantly being challenged to learn new things and grow my problem solving skills."

This weekend, collegians from across the US and Canada will join in Seatle, Washington for the REAL Leadership Experience, an in-person retreat-style program for emerging leaders in their first- or second-year of membership. Through reflection and connection, participants learn the principles of REAL Leadership and gain the skills and courage to take on leadership roles within their chapters, careers and communities.

100% of 2025 post-event respondents said they would recommend RLE and that the experience strengthened their appreciation for lifetime membership. Now that is Your Foundation Dollars At Work! Thank you to our Foundation donors for making this event possible year after year!

Last month, Gamma Phi Beta earned five awards from the Fraternity Communications Association, the organization dedicated to the marketing and communications of fraternal organizations.

Each Convention registrant receives one free ticket in their welcome packet to participate in the drawing. Additional tickets can be purchased in the Foundation Room for only $5 each. Funds raised will help provide scholarships, grants and educational opportunities for Gamma Phi Beta sisters.
