Our fantastic club meeting this week will be held in a different location at Castlewood Library with 3 speakers and a member stepping into the role of Toastmaster for the first time! Please join us! This was our motley crew before Halloween. :-) where we celebrated 100 years of Toastmasters!!

At our most recent meeting the theme was "Foreign Languages." We learned about the benefits of learning a new language and traveling in foreign countries. Quel plaisir!

Another great meeting at TOI on Friday - Camilla our Toastmaster focused on Culture which we have a lot of in our club. Nhi Aronheim, our resident Ted X speaker and author, gave a great speech about calling your Life Line. Confident most of us won't soon forget the phrase "Ding D**g!"

This is the time of year when Toastmaster’s clubs around the world transition into a new officer term. The 2023-2024 term ends and we make preparations for the 2024-2025 year. To all the officers who served, and will continue, a great big THANK YOU! Our club hit 9 of 10 goals used as bench marks for successful, thriving clubs. Hip hip hooray!
