I love this new(er) field of Positive Psychology. Rather than studying what's wrong with people, PP is the scientific study of what's RIGHT with people, the scientific study of what makes some people thrive and flourish. I use this daily in my coaching practice, and I love that it's hitting the mainstream more and more.
