It's a great and fun way to work on speed on a shot and quickness of it.
Thisnis not drill that I do often, but when I do with my players, they really enjoy it and it becomes competitive.
You don't have to use the rip roller. You can also just simply hold the ball in front of the shooter, and they can just grab it from your hand and shoot. It's the same concept.

It's crazy what happens when you close your eyes and start to dribble the basketball!
In the beginning, it feels weird, but as you go, especially if you try to do it on the move, if you have some open space, you're going to develop better feel and touch for the basketball.

One thing is for sure. You definitely need to try it out.
Make sure to follow Zero Doubt Basketball to become the most skilled player on your team.

Hey there! My name is Marko, and two months ago I had an accident on my e-bike. I ended up having multi fracture, dislocating my ankle, and also tore every single ligament.
Now I have 9screws and a plate in my ankle. What a fun time!
I’m not making peace with it and my goal is to become the most athletic I’ve ever been, also getting in the best shape of my life.
