Our very own will be hosting a FREE relaxing sound bath this Saturday at 6 PM at our new Golden location (15750 S Golden Rd) at 6:00 PM.

David will guide all attendees through a relaxing session of meditating, self-reflecting, or whatever your mind chooses to do as it is blanketed with cascading vibrations created by the series of instruments he plays. You do not need any experience with meditation to participate, as a sound bath’s primary purpose is to calm the attendee into a relaxed state. You will need, however, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and/or anything else to make yourself comfortable during the session.

Did we mention it’s FREE? We look forward to seeing everyone there!
