What an amazing author visit we had today at Timberline to kick off our One book, One pack reading program. Our Timberwolves really enjoyed having Gobi in the building. 

🐾📚 Timberline welcomed a very special guest, author and ultramarathon runner Dion Leonard, and his incredible dog, Gobi! Dion shared the true story of how they met during a 155-mile race across the Gobi Desert and formed a lifelong friendship. This year, Timberline will read Finding Gobi together through their One Book, One School program, with some classes joining up for buddy activities that bring its themes of courage, kindness, and connection to life. 🐾💙 What a paw-some way to kick off a year of reading together!💙🐾 #FindingGobi #CCSDPreK12 #DedicatedToExcellence
