The Cement FFA had a great night at our annual banquet! We cannot thank our Administrators, Teachers and Staff, Parents, Community and of course our Students for making it a great success. We had a great meal and got to celebrate our FFA and 4H members with the highlights being:
Star 7th Graders- Rayden Sales and Grayson Seymour
Star Discovery- Bryton Blevins
Star Greenhands- Layla Glass and Woodrow Williams
Star Sophomore- Lily Chandler
Star Chapter Farmer- Keriah Sorrels
Star Senior- Abbigale Adamson
Honorary Star Chapter Farmer- Jennifer Black

Great day for the Cement FFA today at the Anadarko Regional Speech Contest. 5 members of the Cement FFA Competed in the Anadarko Regional Speech contest held at Hydro- Eakley School. Lonnie Glass, Layla Glass, Matthew Bennewith, and Woodrow Williams all competed in 9th Grade FFA Creed and Lakyn Nolan competed in the 8th Grade Creed. There were approximately 40 9th grade Creed Speakers and Matthew and Woodrow both placed in the top 10 and earned a right to speak in the runoff. Woodrow Williams placed 2nd overall and will compete in the Area contest next Tuesday at Redlands College for a chance to advance to the State Contest in Stillwater OSU. Very proud of all these individuals for working hard and making Cement very proud!
