Please be aware when you are paying for items out of our Coldwater location cooler. 

🚨 IMPORTANT VENMO NOTICE 🚨

I always hate having to post things like this, but I feel it’s important to make everyone aware - especially because I truly don’t understand how people get away with doing this.

As a small business owner, ES Health + Nutrition is more than just my business — it’s my livelihood, passion and something I’ve put countless hours of hard work into building and I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who chooses to support my business. ❤️ That makes situations like this especially frustrating and disappointing.

The Venmo account pictured on the left is NOT me or affiliated with ES Health + Nutrition.

If you search my business name on Venmo, this fraudulent account may appear. It looks almost identical to mine, but has a “-” added to the end of the handle, making it very easy to mistake for my actual account.

Unfortunately, a handful of customers unknowingly submitted payments to this fake account a few weeks ago. I have personally contacted those customers and am working with Venmo to resolve the issue. Thankfully, payments to the fraudulent account now appear to be blocked, although the profile itself is still visible.

When paying ES Health + Nutrition through Venmo, the safest option is to scan the QR code located at any of my cooler locations. This will take you directly to my verified business profile and helps ensure your payment is going to the correct account.

You can also double-check that the username matches the one shown on my ES Health + Nutrition signage and does NOT have a “-” added to the end.

And please be cautious while using Venmo - unfortunately, these scams can happen to anyone. 😔

We’re praying for you Parker! 💚🤍💪

Dear Heavenly Father,

Tonight, we lift Parker Wynk up in prayer. 🙏💚 We ask You to wrap Your arms around him, give him strength, and begin the healing process in his body.

Parker, know that you are not walking through this alone. Your teammates, coaches, family, and everyone who cares about you are standing beside you and lifting you up. This injury may be a setback, but it does not define you. Your heart, courage, and determination are stronger than any injury.

Lord, give Parker patience during his recovery, peace when things feel difficult, and faith to believe that better days are ahead. Give him the strength to keep fighting, one day at a time.
Parker, keep your head up. Keep believing. Keep fighting. You are loved, you are supported, and you are never alone.

We pray for healing, strength, and a powerful comeback.

Employee Spotlight: Grant Giesige 😎

Meet Grant! 🏋️‍♂️ He works at the front desk at both gyms and helps us with our socials. We appreciate Grant because he works hard and is very friendly and approachable. Just like our other front desk staff, he loves a good conversation with our members!

Grant is 17 and going into his junior year. He’s a very active in the Celina band - playing the drum in marching band, pep band, jazz band - and is also on the Tennis Team 🥁🎾

✅ He enjoys working out, especially with his parents, and his favorite lift is Lat Pulldown.

✅ One thing that makes Grant unique is he had his hip replaced at the age of 16.

💥 Ever thought about getting in on a HYROX competition?!

It’s the latest craze in functional fitness… 1km run followed by one of eight stations (ski-erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowerg, farmers carry, sandbag walking lunges, wall balls) .. then repeated 8 times. So by the end you’ve ran 8km and done all 8 exercises.

An AMAZING challenge, an AMAZING goal… and an AMAZING way to kick your fitness to the next level. 🏋

We’ve put together a HYROX training program with Certified Personal Trainer - Sadie DeVore! 6, 8, and 12 week options available, depending on your goals & budget. With the end goal being the very first INNERGY HYBRID SHOWDOWN on December 5… a HYROX-style competition right here at Innergy Celina 🙌 OR an actual HYROX event of your choosing!
