I am so very excited to announce we have a place for this coming school year. Hogeye Community Center! It's the perfect place, it has restrooms, a full working kitchen, and plenty of room to learn and have fun!

Update! We have the approval to use the Hogeye community center for our Homeschool micro group. It will be Mon - Thur for our groups. Then class on Fridays at the ranch or at an outing. There will be two groups to ensure smaller classes and each student gets the one on one they need.

Group A) PreK to 2nd grade - if you would like your child to participate in Bible study then they would arrive at 8am. Regular academics will be from 8:30am - 11:30am with a snack at 10:15am

Group B) 3rd to 6th grade - For Bible study for Group B it will start at 11:40am and then regular academics starting at 12:00 to 3pm with a snack at 1:30pm.

*** snacks are not provided to ensure no allergy issues***

Tuition is $400 per month with all regular materials provided. On occasions you may need to provide an extra supply for your child. For example for your child's science fair project or for canning class. There are discounts for families with multiple children that would like to attend.

Welcome! This is the place to learn and get information over homeschooling, monthly outings, and our up and coming micro school. I will be posting on this page any updates about the micro school I am working on getting started. So make sure to like and follow.Any questions can either be posted or messaged to me directly. If you have an ideas, I'd love to hear them. I want this group to become strong and supportive of everyone. You don't have to be interested in the micro school either, this is for ALL homeschooling families in Celeste. I am here to help parents that are wanting to homeschool their own children as well.

As a teacher of 14 years I've seen and experienced a lot! What works and what doesn't in teaching. Different ways of learning and teaching styles. I've worked with all different types of students. Ranging from ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, Autism, and other special needs. Every child has the right to learn the way that works best for them, not "molding" the child to be able to learn just like their peers because their teacher has 32+ students they need to teach and can't teach the way children normally learn best, by hands on learning. I have a huge passion for teaching and over the years I've seen students become board and less interested in learning. I want to bring back that interest, that spark that students get when something new is presented. The curiosity and questioning that comes too with that spark. I want creativity, life skills, and music to come back into the classroom. I don't want to worry about if one of the books I want to read to my class is on the "no list"! I want students to be able to have the freedom to explore the world around them. I want to have a great class support system, where the parents are involved and able to have more say on what their child is learning. I want nature allowed back in the classroom. If it's a nice day, I want us to be able to do school outside. For students to be allowed to explore nature and have that magical time outside, playing like we did as kids. I want all these things for my future students and families. I am so excited to start this new chapter with you all!
