Today we had our quarterly staff vs students middle school PBIS event! It was a close game of soccer, but the teachers took the win 8-7 in penalty kicks! So fun!

We are not only lucky to have great athletic coaches at Celebration K-8, we have the best academic coaches. Mrs. Long and Ms. Dicesare work with our teachers and paras to ensure every student is having their needs met. They set up instructional interventions as well as acceleration. They assist in tracking data to see where students are struggling. They are team players and continually jumping in wherever they are needed on campus. If you see them around today please take a moment to wish them a Happy Academic Coaches Day. We are so grateful to have them as part of the CK8 team!

We are a PBIS school and students earn Pride Dollars by showing their school PRIDE to participate in special events or purchase items in our Pride Store! Most recently our middle school students used their Pride Dollars to enter into a ping pong tournament held during lunches! The students had a blast and are already looking forward to the next one! Congrats to our winners!
