TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All purchases are “as-is”. There are no warranties or guarantees.
• A $100 Security Deposit is required per buyer, regardless if one unit or multiple units are purchased. (No deposit is required if no purchases are made.)
• Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of deadline to vacate. In order to receive full deposit, unit(s) must be completely empty and swept of all dirt/dust/debris.
• No dumpster service will be provided.
• Buyer must have own lock(s). Locks can be purchased in storage office.
• Purchases become the responsibility of and shall remain at the risk of the buyer immediately upon the acceptance of his/her bid price.
• All units must be emptied and cleaned in a professional manner. Buyer is responsible for any damage done to Cedarburg Storage property and facilities.
• All contents of the unit(s) purchased must be removed and off the premises by 5pm Monday. Failure to do so will result of the forfeiture of the contents and the security deposit.
