October is Bullying Prevention Month. 💙⚡At CTA, bullying prevention looks like including others. It looks like speaking up when someone is being treated unkindly. It’s checking in on a classmate, telling a trusted adult when something isn’t right and choosing not to participate in hurtful behavior.

Sometimes the smallest actions can make the biggest difference.

Every Charger has a role in helping make CTA a place where students feel safe, supported and included.

October is National Principals Month, and we’re proud to celebrate our District Principal, Kate Bialkowski! 💙⚡

Whether she’s supporting students in the hallways, cheering on our Chargers, working alongside staff, or connecting with families, Mrs. Bialkowski plays an important role in making CTA the school community it is.

Her dedication to our students and staff can be seen throughout our building every day, and we’re grateful for the leadership, care and energy she brings to CTA.

⚡️ This week’s Be the Bolt recognition goes to Mr. Gunnar Rowland!

Gunnar is a proud CTA alumni and now a valued member of our custodial and maintenance team. He is always flexible, willing to jump in wherever he is needed, and constantly looking for ways to make our campus better for our students, staff, and families.

What we appreciate most about Gunnar is the positive attitude he brings every day. He always has a smile on his face, is willing to help, and truly cares about CTA.

Gunnar is a great example of what it means to be a World Changing Charger — both as a graduate and now as a member of our CTA team!

We couldn't resist sharing this throwback as Cedar Springs gets ready to celebrate another Red Flannel Festival.

Three decades later, Autumn is still showing up for the Cedar Springs community — now through her work with CTA, our students and our families. ❤️⚡

We love seeing this full-circle Red Flannel moment and are proud to have someone leading our Chargers who has such deep roots in the community.

We had some special visitors at CTA! ❤️ Members of the Red Flannel Court stopped by to spend time with our students and help kick off the excitement for Red Flannel Festival weekend in Cedar Springs!

We love opportunities like this that connect our students with the traditions and people that make our community so special. Thank you to the Red Flannel Court for spending part of your day with our Chargers!

💙 National Custodian Appreciation Day! ⚡ Today we want to give a HUGE shoutout to Stacy Rowland, Gunnar Rowland, and Beth Mason for everything they do for our CTA family!

There is so much that happens behind the scenes every single day to keep our school clean, safe, and ready for our students and staff!! We appreciate their willingness to jump in wherever needed and the care they show for our school.
